ASTRAOur London trip, overall, was a way fun experience than the ones we had in Paris. Of course, minus the occasional awkwardness of silence whenever we're alone in the hotel room.We went to the Buckingham Palace, took pictures and said our greetings to the unmoving guards. Then we visited the British museum! I had a fun time learning about historical artifact and archeological finds. Of course, we took pictures as well. Mostly I, myself! And then, there's The National Gallery! I saw a Van Gogh painting in there and nearly left my jaw on the floor. It's a museum solely dedicated for classical paintings from our legendary artists in the past! And finally, we went to the Tower of London. The palace's structure was truly magnificent and such a beauty to look at. ASTRAAfter breakfast, we decided to rest and take a nap for a moment before touring around the resort. We didn't get enough much sleep last night, and even on the plane, so we're gonna take this time to lay down for a bit. I woke up two hours later, almost twelve in the afternoon. ASTRA (flashback part 2) When I was a mere kid, back then when I wasn’t even in high school just yet, the bookstore is my favorite hangout place for so many reasons. I love reading! I love discovering new ideas! It is also my mother’s work place after she quit designing for a high end brand. But most importantly, there’s this particular type of reading material I always love to check out during my free time. A visual book. A magazine. In those pages, there are beautiful tall women wearing elegant clothes. They look mysterious and intimidating. My mother calls them a model.
