SIRIUSMy phone hasn't stopped vibrating since that silly stunt I pulled with Astra the other night. I literally had to log out and turn off my notifications 'cuz even Johnny wouldn't stop laughing at me. I made a brief glance on the internet to know of the fans thought about it. And just like I expected, most are crucifying me for being around Astra following the reputation I've gained these past week. And of course, she wasn't entirely free from the people's hate just because she managed to clear up her case. Now they have found a new thing to scorn her for- calling her an enabler for supporting and associating herself with a 'sexual abuser' like me. People on the internet are really bunch of weirdos."Where's your disguise?" I quickly locked my car door when I caught Johnny trying to step out without a single cover on his face. He turned to me, confused."What disguise?""You idiot," I glared as I leaned slightly to pull his hair. My manager winced and glared back at me. "In case
SIRIUSI pocketed my phone without typing in a reply for Astra. I then followed Johnny to the department store who's already checking out some of the displayed shirts. "These are nice. Which color do you think I should get? This?""Absolutely not," I shook my head as he grabbed the orange variant of the shirt he was checking out. "You know damn well that's not your color. Fucking tangerine."He laughed out loud before grabbing the blue and dark grey variants of the cloth. We then sashayed to the lined up stores, checking out their products- mostly Johnny, as my head was clouded of Astra's text message. I gritted my teeth and rolled my eyes mentally. She's alone with her manager slash ex-boyfriend? Is she still in the hospital or did she went home and then that man made an unannounced visit in her apartment out of nowhere? The latter is actually making me seethe. That man must be harassing her if she have to text me asking for help. "What's wrong?" Johnny asked as we stopped in fron
SIRIUSI immediately start the car as soon as the call finished. I wasn't sure how fast am I going but I thought I saw Johhny through my peripheral vision clutching aggresively on his seat as soon as I let go of the brakes. I think I even heard him cussed silently. The car came to a halt in the parking lot and I quickly unbuckled my seat belt before hurrying out of my car. I heard Johnny chuckled behind me as we marched towards the elevator. I looked around warily for paparazzi when I realized I've taken off my disguise. Thankfully, I didn't see any moron holding a camera to their neck. Maybe I just didn't notice for they are carefully undercover inside these heavily tinted vehicles. We got in the lift and I swiftly pressed Astra's apartment floor. Johnny continued giggling behind me so I turned to him with my arched and confused brows. "What is it?" I asked, irritated at the malicious tone of his laughter. "Can you stop?""Hmm... jealousy is an illness." He said knowingly, purposel
ASTRAA few moments after Sirius and Johnny arrived, Matteo decided to finally leave. I walked him to the door, the fake apologetic smile remained plastered on my face, as if I was really sorry about those two suddenly showing up here and interrupting us."I'm sorry. Maybe we can hangout next time," I said fakely. "About the contract... give me a few more weeks to decide about it. I'm not really sure if I want to continue working for the agency or if I'm just exhausted and I'm not really in a good state to continue working in general."Matt sighed and nodded. "I understand. But please, visit the management sometimes so you can personally discuss this with them. Maybe having you in there in person, we can come up with some good compromising arrangements with you."This time, a genuine smile appeared on my face. "Thank you, Matt. And I will, just give me some time."He nodded one last time before finally turning to leave. I exhaled deeply before walking back inside. Johnny was laughing
ASTRA “Go home,” I whispered at Sirius munching on a chicken drumstick beside me while holding a big bucket on his lap. We were at the couch side by side inside the hospital room. It’s already ten in the evening but he’s still here and really acting like the hospital is a freaking playground! He would leave the room occasionally but would come back twenty minutes later with bags of food! As a result, the single couch beside us was already full since they wouldn’t fit anymore on the bedside table! “Well aren’t you so rude, Astra? Can’t you see that I’m eating here?” I glared at him and slightly nudged him, but he only winced shortly and went back to munching again. “And how else do you think I would go home? I didn’t bring my car. Don’t tell me you’d suggest I take a private transpo?” “Why don’t you call your manager?” “Oh!” He dropped the chicken back to its bucket. “I haven’t told him I’m back yet.” “But I’m sure he already have an idea. Many passengers saw us in the airport
ASTRA "By the way..." I trailed off before taking a quick sip on my milk shake. "My manager came here this morning, while you were asleep." I informed him who was busy chomping on his pancake. His forehead creased a bit before he raised a brow at me. "Your ex-boyfriend?" A frowns spread across my face. Then I kicked him slightly under the table and he frowned back, wincing a bit. "What? I thought you dated him?" "I did. But stop reminding me!" I replied in irritation. "Oh, why? Was he not a good boyfriend?" "Stop prying over that matter. Anyway, as I was saying... he was here earlier." "And?" He cocked a brow, looking uninterested as ever. "Any good news about your tarnished career?" I rolled my eyes. "And that, too. Stop reminding me about my career's current state. I'm not even sure how I'm gonna market myself to the public again. Or if I'd ever reclaim my shine back. And mind you, you're not one to talk?!" Sirius laughed out loud and shook his head. "True, true. But you kn
SIRIUSAstra is such a funny mystery to me. She have one of the richest surname in the country beside her name and yet she’s a loner at school, being bullied by everyone. Well, technically, they’re not bullying her physically. But then, the subtle judgement from the school mates’ stares would be enough to kill off someone’s self esteem and affect them mentally and emotionally.Ah, well… she’s just like me. But the difference is, she’s pathetic at it. While I, on the other hand, was okay being alone. I love being on my own and not being bothered by these low class idiots. But that was I initially thought before I even had my first interaction with her. Surprisingly, she’s a lioness! Was my observation incorrect all this time? Her words are harsh and her yes could kill. Definitely not someone you would easily get along well with.“Wow. And here I was pitying you for being bullied and a loner in this school. Turns out you’re just a plain bitch who deserved it!” I retorted after she just
ASTRA When I was a kid, back when I wasn’t even in high school just yet, the bookstore is my favorite hangout place for so many reasons. I love reading! I love discovering new ideas! It is also my mother’s work place after she quit designing for a high end brand. But most importantly, there’s this particular type of reading material I always love to check out during my free time. A visual book. A magazine. In those pages, there are beautiful tall women wearing elegant clothes. They look mysterious and intimidating. My mother calls them a model. She then mentioned that she use to work with those kind of women before. Ever since I learned about models, I dreamed of becoming one as well. I learned to dressed up properly though my closet used to consist of average looking clothes. I’ve learned to fix my posture, and copied how models walk on the videos I used to search on the internet. It was a ridiculous dream I thought I wouldn’t be able to achieve. I thought it’ll always stay as a
