Dare

The strokes were becoming frequent, the screams got louder, and so was Becky's legs on the marbled tiles. She had made sure that Blair was not with her as she rushed down towards the study room, trying to keep her calm. 

This is one of the most ridiculous things she has ever got to do in her entire life__ to save a boy from his father's grips. It kind of looked abnormal, but then, she just have to do it. Approaching the room, the yelling grew heavier, she felt like her ears were simply going to blow of. Of course, they wouldn't blow away, there is no way that such a thing will ever happen, not in this world. 

Arriving the large brown door, Bcky didn't have the patience to knock, especially when there was a young boy in there who needed her attention so much. Pushing the door open, she was panting, so she placed her hand across her chest trying to regulate her breathing.
