Reality Hurts

Perceiving that Mark would not reply, Aimie walked away while grabbing Angelus in her hand. Aimie slowed down her steps, still hoping that Mark would try to stop her from leaving, but even when she and Angelus were already a great distance away from Mark, not a sight of Mark was seen catching up with her.

After a long walk, Aimie had finally seen a long seat that she could rest on; Aimie headed there and slumped her body on the bench. The instant she had finally sat on the chair, she felt the tiredness overtake her body; Aimie placed both of her hands on the long chair and crossed her legs, making her posture look like a gangster. Angelus sat at the far end of the bench and looked at Aimie, who looked like she was finding someone to bully.

Angelus contemplated whether to start a conversation with Aimie, since he could see that she was in a bad mood.
