Chapter 105 | Jealousy
Eden leaves work at five in the evening to pick up Leo from school. It's a Friday night, and there's traffic on the road. He regrets taking the car instead of walking. Everyone left work at the same time and headed home or met some friends or a lover. The festivities are also approaching, and everyone is rushing to buy presents and lights to decorate their homes.
Eden dials Harvey's number and waits for him to pick up the call.
"Eden? Are you coming now?" Harvey's voice sounds inside the car, and Eden can't help smiling.
