THIRTEEN

What started out as a a normal day for Rachel progressed into a pretty messy one. The moment she'd snagged her toe on the chair on her way out, she should've known evil lurked in the corner. After that scene with Norbert, the thought of almost seeing him completely naked still clung to her mind. She walked briskly on the pedestrian walkways, cheeks reddened. Guilty her thoughts were screaming out loud.

Or, she was carrying a placard that read in bold letters 'I WAS THIS CLOSE TO SEEING NORBERT KARTER'S ROCKET FELLAS!!'

She shook herself off the thoughts and focused on her set goals for the day.

She had plans tabled out with bullet points on her journal. The first thing was to drop application letters to a few restaurants she'd selected close to the college.
