Chapter 5

Alexa

~ Raia's house ~

"What are we going to do first?" I asked

We are now at Raia's house. Andrea is already here too.

"Let's watch a k-drama?" Raia's suggestion.

I look at Andrea and she just look blankly at us. She sat on the couch while Raia and I sat on her bed.

"Do you like k-dramas?" I asked.

"Hmm." she answered almost in a whisper.

"Good!" Raia said gladly.

She stood up and took out a flash drive from her drawer. That's where she puts her dramas.

"What genre do you like?" Raia asked as she put her flash drive on her flat screen TV.

"Thriller." Andrea replied.

In all our question to her. Whether it's long or short questions her answers are always short. Maybe it's one of her personalities.

"Ohh thriller." Raia replied. "Thriller like what?"

Andrea think first before answering.

"Hmm. The K2?" She answered with a questionable tone of voice.

"Have you watch Healer already?" Raia asked.

They were just the two of them talking. I'm out.

Raia plugged the flash drive into her flat screen TV.

"Yeah, I've watched it already." Andrea answered.

Andrea think of what we could watch. I'm okay with anything so I just let them talk.

"Let's just watch a movie, not a drama. We can't finish a drama today." Andrea suggested.

Raia and I nodded at what she said. Actually she has a point. We can't finish the full drama in one day.

"Suggest a movie that you like." I said. She thought of something first then she looked back at us.

"Justice High." She answered.

Justice High is a 2021 movie, I guess. It's a Korean movie that just come out couple of months ago.

"Is it available?" I asked Raia. She smiled at me then replied.

"Of course!" She answered happily.

She started pressing the remote control then that's it. The movie is already playing.

Andrea

We continued watching while eating. There was food here when I arrived. They are really ready for this. After we watched the movie we just talked about something.

They talked about themselves but I didn't. They don't force me. They were nice to me so I was kind to them. That's how I treat people. If they treat me good, I'll treat them good too. If they treat me bad, then I'll treat them bad too.

They ask me questions about myself so I answer them.

"Why didn't you say 'Nice to meet you' when I introduced Al to you"? ~ Alexa

"I just don't like him in the beginning."

"Why?" she asked in astonishment.

Why? I don't know either. I don't like him, period. For me, you don't need a reason to love a person. It's just the same thing, you don't also need a reason to hate someone.

I just shrugged.

"I just don't like him. He's very arrogant." I speak.

"You're the only girl who hates him." Raia said.

I don't give a damn if everyone wants him.

"Yeah. The saying might be true, Even though everyone likes you, there will still some people who don't like you."

'Do we have that saying?'

While we were talking, my phone suddenly rang so I took it out of my pocket.

Andrei calling ...

I looked at Raia and Alexa first before answering the call. They give me permission to answer it so I pressed the answer key button and put the phone to my ear.

"Why?" I asked after answering the phone.

"Don't you even know how to say hello?" He complained on the other line.

"Just tell me why you're calling? Stop asking nonsense things." I said in annoyance.

"You need to come here to the restaurant." he said.

"Why?"

"Help us here because there are many customers. The three of the staff left because there was an emergency at their house so there were not enough people here. Hurry up." He dropped the call after that.

I said goodbye to Raia and Alexa and then left.

~ Restaurant ~

The number of customers are insane today. Given that it's weekend, I also see some students today.

There are also people who date even though this place is not romantic because its style is old fashioned.

"Welcome, sir." I greeted the newly arrived customer. "What's your order, sir?" Left and right we greet customers.

The customers are coming non-stop. After we take someone's order, someone will come in. If one customer leave, another customer will come in.

This will be a tiring day again. Much tiring because the three of out staff is on a leave. Nice timing, though.

"Table 17."

Until the evening, a lot of customers come in and eat inside the restaurant. It's delicious and the price is affordable. Our is also popular. Mama and papa cook deliciously as well as the cook that they hired.

The price is affordable because my parents want people to eat in a restaurant even if they are poor.

Their income is small, but because there are always a lot of customers, their income also increases.

I was so tired when we got home. I was so tired that I couldn't have dinner. I could no longer take a shower or change my clothes.

I just threw myself on the bed and immediately fell asleep.

Alexa

After class we went to Andrea's house. The three men come with us. I just don't know why Al came along. It looks like he misses Andrea HAHA.

"Hi, Andrew!" I greeted him after he opens the door for us.

"Come in." He said.

We went inside their house and went to the living room.

"Where's Andrea?" Raia asked.

We miss her. We no longer eat with her during lunch breaks because we don't see her after class. I do not know why.

"She's upstairs. Wait, I'll call her." Andrew said then he left.

We sat on the couch in their living room.

"Their house is also beautiful." Tristan complimened.

"Quite." Al agreed.

The look of their living room has a picture of the family on the wall. They have seven sofas, six single sofas and a long one.

"Oh, are you here?" Shan asked when she saw us. Andrei came and answered her.

"No, Shan, they're not here. They're at your house." Andrei replied so we laughed.

"Crazy." Shan laughed.

Andrei is also foolish. They are the same as his sister, they both rebut you.

"Andeng, you have a visitor." Andrello said.

He came out of the kitchen.

We saw Andrea coming down. She was wearing pajamas and an oversized shirt.

"Hi Andrea." We greeted her.

She doesn't seem to be in the mood. She sat on a single couch next to Andrei. Actually on a single couch it fit two people.

She just stared at Alistair blankly.

"Wait a minute. I'll just drink water." She said

She got up and went to the kitchen.

"Be careful there now. She's not in the mood." Andrei warned us.

"Why?" I asked out of curiosity.

"She's been tired and sleep deprived for a few days because the other staff at the restaurant have been away for a few days." Andrew answered.

That maybe her reason why she doesn't make it up in lunch.

"Don't pissed her off. Please." Andrello said.

I don't know Andrea very well yet so I don't know why they say that. I'm clueless.

We talked while eating the food that Andrew and Shan cooked for us.

Andrea doesn't speak much. She was just quiet. This is probably how she is when not in the mood.

"You're with the same class with Andrea right?" Shan asked.

I just nodded in response.

"How is she in the class?" My sister's second question.

I don't know because we're not next to him.

"She's quiet. Ahmm ... It seems like the person next to her is always talking to her." Raia is the one who answered.

Andrea's siblings and Shan were shocked. Why? What's shocking about that? Didn't they expect it?

"Really?" Andrei asked with a laugh.

"Andeng." Andrew called Andrea so she turned to him.

There was still no emotion on her face. Why do they seem so shocked?

"Did you agree to be talked to in class?" Andrew asked her with a laugh.

"Unbelievable!" Andrei said.

"It's a miracle." Andrello said. Andrea just stared at them.

Andrew just smiled as he watched his siblings.

"Is there no other food?" Andrea asked. "There's no other food." Andrei replied.

"Tss." Andrea seemed piss. She stood up and walked up the stairs.

"Where are you going? You still have a visitor!" Andrew shouted but Andrea didn't seem to hear anything and she continued walking.

"Why is there no food?" Andrew asked his brothers. "Maybe we ate it?" Andrello replied.

These siblings are unique. They treat each other in a different way but you can still see their love for each other. I like this siblings.
