The pain is excruciating but my mind is not foggy anymore. I watch everyone running around in a daze. Dr. Boyce is now in his garb and instructing Hailey on what to do.

I playback everything that just happened in a bid to ignore the pain. What can I do? I have to come up with a way to cope with it.

I recall that when I heard the whisper, 'Umbrage', it was a voice I had almost forgotten. However, if I could not reach out to even my mate when Carla was about to snatch my baby away, how did Hailey, the triplets, and the twins know?

Was I hallucinating or did I really glimpse Lenny leading them? Everyone, except Michael, Aurora, mother, Hailey, and Doctor Boyce remained in the room with me. The others had to disperse.

The truth is they just left the room but they are all huddles behind the door. Of course, I can scent them. My contractions are now coming every three minutes. According to Hailey, I am quite near.
