Teca Company:

Teca Company, a global chain specializing in the transportation and manufacturing of powdered coffee, holds a significant presence in eight powerful countries: Spain, Colombia, the United States of America, Mexico, France, India, China, and Japan. The main branch operates in the United States and is solely owned by the formidable Thalia Sanroman.

With a staggering seventy-five percent market share in the global coffee industry, Thalia Sanroman has earned the nickname "Astro," making her one of the most influential and talked-about women worldwide. She oversees the main branch of the business, working closely with thirty-seven dedicated employees.

Among the key personnel are Marie Alvarez, the efficient receptionist; George Canela, in charge of road transportation with four trucks, assisted by six others including four drivers and two mechanics; Brian Palacio, overseeing sea and air transportation, leading a team of fourteen comprising four pilots, six boat pilots, two plane mechanics, and two boat mechanics; Daniela and Charles Nuñez, the twin duo managing security, IT, and communication; David Luis Suarez, the experienced manufacturing department manager with a team of eight skilled professionals; Pamela Browns, the adept sales manager, accompanied by her personal secretary, Teresa Alvaro; Julian Perez, Thalia's personal bodyguard and overall supervisor.

Each department is meticulously managed, contributing to the company's unparalleled success in the coffee market.

"Have any of you visited the manufacturing department?" Thalia queried, leading them into the manufacturing warehouse.

"I don't think any of us have. Has anyone?" Daniela asked.

"No," was the unanimous response as they approached a table where Thalia stood next to David.

"May I ask you all a personal question? Something unrelated to work," Thalia inquired.

"Sure."

"Out of curiosity, how would you feel if you were asked to work for Gabriela?" she asked deliberately.

"Gabriela? Where did that come from?" Pamela questioned.

"Just answer. How would you feel?"

"With me, I would be honored. Working with her would be an adventure," answered Daniela, smirking.

"Me as well, it would be amazing," Charles commented.

"Pamela?" Thalia turned a serious eye to her.

"I don't know. I've always wanted to work for her. I don't mean to say that I don't... have a good time here, but with her, it would be a dream come true. I've heard about her since, I don't know. It would be amazing," she replied.

"Wow, it's that serious for you, Pam, huh?" Daniela tapped her shoulder.

"How about you, David?" Charles inquired.

"That woman is a legend. I mean, who wouldn't want to work with her. But let's pass. They are all just thoughts."

"Okay, guys. Back to business. The next few days are going to be a little tense and tiresome for everyone since we all are going to shift a little from our departments. I know you're all excited to work with me. I apologize," Thalia laid her cards on the table. "George isn't around. Brian, Julian, and I are traveling for a couple of days. I want to give out some terms on how the products are going to be transported and how the business is going to be managed. And don't worry, the extra will be paid daily."

"Yes," replied Charles.

"Charles and Daniela, you will deal with the road. Make sure you deliver safely. Pamela and David, you will be managing the proposals and deals with water transportation. Marie will be managing the company, signing documents and all. Well, not much... I know it's fixed, but that's all. Does anyone have any questions?" Thalia took a beat to listen to them.

"No!" Pamela snapped after a while.

"Since none of you have anything to say, I will take the liberty to let you know that loading has been already done. All you need is to be ready to reach its destination. Okay?"

"Got it, ma'am." David pinned into his coat's pockets, returning to his job. Thalia headed out as well, leaving the rest in the warehouse.

"Call my boy for instructions, Rivera," she spoke on the phone. "Work effectively, please. I need thorough work. This may be your best chance."

She put the phone in her handbag and headed to a dark gray Mitsubishi Outlander parked outside the company gate where Julian stood still. He opened the car door for her, and she took a seat. Julian took his seat, fastened the seatbelt, and started the car engine.

"Let's head to the jewelry store that someone recommended. I need to buy some gifts," Thalia passionately smiled.

"Yes, ma'am. Um, ma'am, I don't mean to be nosy, but how is the lady doing?" Julian gazed through the front mirror of the car.

"Well, we are meeting her by midnight; you will surely ask her yourself. Should I be jealous because you really love her more than me?" giggled Thalia.

"No, ma'am, you know I care about you both," replied he, parking outside a store, loosening his seatbelt, and opening the door for Thalia.

"Know what, Julian, I love that you worry about her; I surely can trust you with her safety." stated Thalia, stepping out of the car.

"No offense, but I don't think you can trust anyone with her."

"Why do you say that? I surely can trust someone with her, right?" responded she as they both headed inside Tiffany's.

"Nice to have you here, Miss Thalia," the bellboy smiled at her as everyone in the store started to stare, trying to take pictures and gossiping about her arrival.

"For the past years I've worked for you. No, really, not anyone. Not even your son. You only trust her safety with yourself." Julian walked behind Thalia, stopping the ladies who were taking pictures of her.

"Well, can you blame me? She is priceless, something I can't buy from a store, so I protect her with my own life if needed. Look at this! What do you think, Julian?" They both stared at an emerald necklace with amethyst stones around the chain displayed so beautifully in a glass container.

"It's lovely, she will love it," Julian responded.

"Who said I was buying it for her?" inquired Thalia, brightening up with an obvious face.

"Your face," smirked Julian.

"Excuse me." Thalia called onto the two young women who stood behind the cashier's counter.

"Yes, Mom?" One came rushing.

"Please, pack this for me; I am taking it." Thalia smirked back at Julian.

"Nice taste, ma'am."

"Are you sure, Mom, you want the amethyst emirate? the price is...." stated the young lady as Thalia raised her eyebrows at her.

"Do you think it's so expensive that I can't afford it?" She asked politely.

"Maybe." The lady replied bluntly.

"Okay then, pack the bracelet, this watch, the emerald ring as well, I am taking all of them. Julian, do you need something?" Thalia looked around.

"No, ma'am." Julian snapped.

"Please pack all of them; I am on time." The young woman picked out all four items, taking them to her

 counter.

"What happened over there with the lady?" The other cashier on the counter asked her fellow.

"Oh, don't ask; turns out the lady thinks she can afford all this, wait till we price them out."

"Of course she can afford them; she can afford this store itself. That's Thalia, you dummy." They both looked back at Thalia as she kept looking at the other jewelry.

"What? Oh my God. Am so fired." Ripped she cut the receipt back to Thalia. "Am so sorry, Mom, for the um... I don't want to get fired."

"Who said anything about firing; just lose the behavior and keep the good job. That's all. Here is my card."

"Thank you, ma'am." smiled she heading back to the counter. "What is she, I wanna work for her."

"What's your name, young lady." Thalia led at the counter.

"Emily. Emily Stewart, ma'am."

"Here is my business card; call me if you need anything, Miss Stewart." Thalia placed the paper on the table, picked up her credit card, and headed out.

"Thank you, Mom." Replied Emily picking up the card hurriedly.

"If that's a way to make billionaire friends, then I need the tips, Emily." Her friend seriously teased.

"Stop it, Alison; I was just lucky, that's all." Said she looking at the exit.

"Well, that's luck multiplied a million times."
