Mourning II: Part II

Archie got up and covered Meggy's face with a sheet.

Dylan stood up, still holding the baby in his arms.

"Excuse me! I'm going to have to get out of here," He said.

"It's okay my love."

"You'll meet me at my bedchamber."

Archie nodded.

Dylan continued walking, heading towards the door.

He reached the door, opened it and saw Lizha and Ian outside.

"Your Highness Dylan," Ian bowed.

Dylan nodded, forcing a smile and finally closed the door.

"Lizha!"

"Yes, Your Highness!"

"Come with me!"

"Yes."

Dylan didn't say anything else and continued on, being followed by Lizha.

Ian watched Dylan leave, being accompanied by Lizha.

Did something happen? he wondered, as he watched Dylan and Lizha walk downstairs.

He heard Meggy's bedchamber door open and turned seeing Archie already outside closing the door. His facial expression wasn't that of someone who was overjoyed.

Ian frowned, watching his friend approach.

I understand that he is not the child's father... but his facial expression is not the best
