The night was hollow, filled with darkness as wind roamed in the dark forest like the king, The full moon was hidden behind the thick dark clouds, filled with rustling of fallen leaves and faint sounds of owls hoot, also the accompanying sound of A stream burbles as it travels along its bed, bubbling over rocks and fallen branches as massive river flows to the South. The night was scary and it's calmness was threatening, alluring it's pray to fall in its trap.

Ignoring all these things Eira was solely concentrated to listen the breathing and panting voices of her prays. 'Eira' The name was given to her by her master considering her platinum silver hair just like snow and she was just like that, cold as ice.

Eira is a one of the best assassin, Trained as a professional killer. She was told to assassinate the one of the important personality. There was no choice to deny the work, she has to do whatever she has told. Afterall she was A slave.

There was no source of light and she was surrounded by the guards of the man she has just killed. When she escaped from the mansion There were almost fifteen men, she has already killed ten now five more to go. They were using dark night as their shields, hiding in the dark and attacking the Gothic beauty whenever they gets the chance but Little did they know that she is the queen of martial arts. Eira stood on her ground and closed her eyes focusing all her senses on the involuntary sounds they were making. She can see in the dark, perfectly point out anything just like she does in the broad daylight but never thinks of it a special ability which she Should, but it never mattered as she can kill better with closed eyes than opened one.

Eira didn't wanted to take any chances, They were trained too And the first rule is never underestimate your opponent.

The black masked man who was hiding behind the big oak tree tightened his hold on the gun and slowly pointed towards her, as soon as she heard clicking of gun she threw the sharp shurikens which went towards the man and his acquaintances cutting through the thick air. Screams echoed in the silent forest as shurikens stabbed in the eyes and other made a deep cut on face of the man and third shuriken directly got stabbed in his heart.

Two down, three more to go...

Eira kept her blue ocean like eyes closed to hear the inviting sounds. crumbling sound of leaves made her alert and she didn't waste a time to fire a bullet at the direction. She heard muffled scream followed by the sound of body hitting the ground.

Two more to go...

Eira slowly turned around as she felt moments behind her. Keeping her posture calm she tried to find the source.

'Find me...'

Her body slightly stiffened as she heard the same whispering sound which she is hearing from the last five years.

'come to me...'

The whisper got louder and Eira felt like her heart is getting squeezed in her chest. The intense feeling was stronger than ever, Mixed with pain and anger.

It was always different for her, from hair to skin and the ability to face anything. She was always weird and unique among the humans. One more weird thing got added in her life when she started hearing sounds when she turned eighteen. In the beginning the whispers were faint, less frightening. Eira always ignored it but as time passed by, as she hit the puberty the whispers got stronger, more frequent, more alluring and intense like its attracting her like a magnet.

She was five years old when she locked her all emotions in her Little heart, it was easy for her than other students who were getting trained with her and the reason behind it was still unknown to her. These whispers are the only thing which makes her curious, makes her feel something. She always tried to find the source but couldn't.

'Find me... I need you...'

She again heard it but this time it was agonizing which made her heart clench. It was unknown feeling for her, her heart was restless.

Eira curiously turned around, looked here an there. The men who were trying to kill her were forgotten for a moment. Her head snapped towards the direction where she heard rustling sound, narrowing her eyes she caught the glimpse of white light more like a shadow, white shadow. The normal person would have been scared, would have run away saving its life from the obscure thing But she stepped towards it. Curiously looking at it.

'Moon is still behind the clouds then what is this?...'

The light looked more distant as she went closer to it, like it's chasing her. Eira found herself on peak which has sharp slopes. In front of her young river was dancing in pride and behind, it was a huge forest, she wasn't fully inside the forest yet. She could still see the lights of the city from where she was standing. The White shadow was no where to be seen, it disappeared like never existed.

Eira was now used to it, often gets this kind of illusion. Seldom she finds herself chasing them which was absurd. Informing her chief about it was a terrible idea because they will either suspend her from the work putting a non-stable tag on her or she will be killed, there is no need of useless people. Sighing she turned around and her heart flickered at the yellow glowing eyes as she saw it.

Suddenly clouds scurried away Making a way for the moonlight to grace the earth, full moon Shone in the sky killing the darkness with its light. Her vision was more clear than before.

It was a black wolf, so large that one can misunderstood it as a horse. He was an alpha, the aura and the size said it all. He was surrounded by four men, armed with guns, javelin, bow and arrows, ready to attack the poor animal. His growl filled the space stronger than roar, it was enough to wrench someone's heart.

Eira looked at the scene with her straight face, no pity for the animal. It was obvious that those men are there to kill the wolf, they were armed and prepared. Eira might be a ruthless assassin but she still had some humanity left, there was no way she will let them kill the poor animal.

'Why would they want to kill him, it's his territory, his kingdom and they have no place in it. We humans really need to mind our own business.'

Eira loaded her gun and pointed towards the men who were hurting the wolf. Without thinking twice she pulled the trigger and bullet hit the man straight in the head. It grabbed others attention and all of them looked at the girl in black who was attacking them. For a moment they flabbergasted,

'why is she attacking us?...'

But instead of facing her, all of them started scurring away as she shot another man dead.

The Wolf's growling died down as he looked at the saviour. He would have taken all of them down anyways but this kind act from a human was rare for him. He looked at the girl and his yellow eyes brighten like a sun, nostrils flared and low growl escaped the throat as he smelled the divine scent. Lavender never felt so appealing before. His long tail slightly wiggled before he took a step closer and tilted his head to look at the girl standing on high peak. Her black clothes hugging and showing her sinful curves, black jeans were covering long and slender legs. Blue orbs slightly glowing in under the divine moonlight and white locks dancing around her face as wind played with them but he couldn't see her face, she was wearing mask which was hiding her half of the face.

Eira looked at the wolf who was looking at her with curious and adorable gaze, she could feel strong smell, wild yet captivating. Something in her ignited as it hit her all senses, Some weird kind of craving. The feeling of something being complete like she was waiting for it and now the wait is over. She couldn't understand any of it, for her it wasn't appealing at all.

That 'something' is difficult to understand....

Before the feeling gets stronger she turned around, there was no way that big wolf can reach her climbing sloppy peak so she wasn't concerned about his attack.

It's an animal, can't see the difference between his enemies and saviours. She wasn't expecting him to leave like that. It's a wolf and hunting is his nature. She did save him but now it was her time to save herself from bloodcraving creature. Atleast that's what she thought.

.... But only if she knew.

As soon as Eira turned around she was attacked by the man, she almost forgotten them due to white shadow and the wolf. His sharp dagger made a deep cut on her arm. She quickly grabbed his hand and turning around kicked his face hard making his teeth flew out of his mouth but another man attacked her and she got another long cut on her back, she could feel warm liquid oozing out from the cuts.

The men flinched by the roar like growl. Their jaw dropped on the ground as they saw the big black wolf running towards them with the wind like speed.

"We have to run..."

One man yelled, alarming other who was holding his mouth with painful whimpers.

Eira didn't gave up, she grabbed on his caller as he tried to push her down in front of the wolf. He stabbed her wound once again making her stumble back. Getting the chance the man kicked in her Stomach which made her grip loosened and she rolled down from the cliff. Her vision was already blurry as she lost so much blood, she wasn't prepared for the kick.

Thorns and small stone prickled her body, dirt sticking to her bloody wounds as she rolled down speedily. She felt another stinging on her right leg which got slammed on the big fallen branch.

There was nothing to hold on, she tried to hold on by digging her hands on the ground which only results in tearing her own skin.

Eira felt herself colliding with something hard and her vision went fully blur. She felt herself floating in the air and being carried somewhere but was in no condition to protest.

The person carried her in his arms leaving dead bodies behind, which were torn into pieces.
