Chapter 54

Elizabeth's point of view,

My head was pounding, My eyes hurt when I tried to open them. I could hear some muffled voices around me. I tried to listen to what they were talking about but it was getting harder. But after some time I could hear them talking now. 

"She is very weak from the emotional breakdown. You should take care of her. It's a critical stage for both of them" Said an unknown voice.

I tried to open my eyes but the sharp light made it hard for me to open my eyes. I tried to open my eyes slowly trying to adjust to the blinding light. The whitewashed ceiling came into my vision when I opened my eyes fully. I tried to find where I was. 

The ceiling was white, The walls were also white. there was a faint smell of disinfectant around me. The windows were covered with blue curtains. The room was quiet but I could hear people talking outside. It was faint but I know someone was talking.
