Chapter Eight: Let's Get Ready To Rumble
I couldn’t imagine living a life somewhere else where there’s no Scarlett Sun I could stare at. Although as we grew older I noticed the changes with her, she’s still that girl I fell in love with since childhood. I never had the class as hers but I had someone I paid to look after her during their class. Patricia, the class president of their classroom, whom I happened to know was begging for the teachers to give her something to do in exchange for some payment and no one gave her offers. So, I placed an anonymous letter in her locker where I wrote my job offer and since then, no one bullies Scarlett anymore for there’s a beautiful girl who’s always got her back and becomes a roaring lion when the bullies tries to mess with Scarlett.

I came out of the car and out of nowhere I heard a voice I was craving to hear since I was a kid. "Strawberry!?" Grandma shockingly called from somewhere above. I woke up and checked the time, 04:16am. I can hear Grandpa snoring. I looked at both of them and now they're making me jealous with that morning moment. Hugging while sleeping. I went closer to the window behind me and opened the blinds a little to see what is happening down there and I saw unfamiliar cars that seems owned by rich people wearing sun glasses and wearing tuxedos. A big guy holding a mega phone saying something like a warning that people around the coffee shop are stayin’ back. I heard Grandpa say, “Sugar, come on! There’s no time!” he hurriedly said from the outside of the room while he’s locking a big suitcase. We greet everyone ‘good morning’ whenever we meet them alive when the sun shines in the morning, but would you greet people a good morning if someone just died beside them? The noise of the people around waken me up, most of them are sobbing that makes me cry too. It’s just so sad to hear them cry like it’s the end of the world. Lying on the floor near a window with my bag beside me, I was sleeping on my left side facing the wooden wall and for the first bedtime in my seventeen years, I was not being clothed with a blanket.
