Chapter 63

Samantha Point of view

Another memory flashed where I was in the forest. I was walking in the direction to where Rai usually is at this time but I slowed down. I was in slight pain. I decided to sit down and lift my bottom up and see a long cut on the side of my leg.

I laughed nervously and said, "This doesn't look good." 

"I should have turned around and taken care of this," I said to myself. "Stubborn Samira didn't bother to look and decided to just keep going." I sighed hard. "Now, it's gonna be hard to get back." 

I assessed the open cut. It wasn't that deep nor was it bleeding a lot. It's the bruise on my knee. I must have fallen pretty hard. I should clean the cut too to avoid getting it infected. I look up and see that I took a long ti
