Chapter 68

Samantha Point of view 

It was the next day, the sky was clear and the place started to crowd. It could be because of the new shop that opened up a few days ago. They do make good sandwiches in the village. Linda and I manage to be line up earlier before the line got longer. 

After paying for our sandwich we made our way to the bench a few meters away from the shop. Linda takes a bite of her food then says, "You really should have punched him in the face." 

I chuckled and gave her a tissue when I see some of the sandwich's ingredients spilling from her mouth. She laughs too but tries to contain it to prevent any more food from falling out. She grabs the tissue and places it over her mouth. 

Just before we made it to the benches, Linda grabs me by the back of my clothes. I stop and turn my head to look at her and asked, "What?"

She wasn't looking at me. She was looking somewhere else. I looked followed her g
