Chapter 37 Gabrielle opens up

Danielle's cesarean delivery was successful and there was joy in the house. Gabrielle was the hero of the moment, Sam, her sister's husband kept showering her with lots of gifts.

Mrs. Williams could not drive Gabrielle back to Molteno after saving her sister and her baby. None of them knew why she abandoned Mike because she refused to tell them what happened. The whole family gave up and let her be.

After some weeks, she began to have symptoms of pregnancy. She purchased a pregnancy test kit and tested positive. She sat on her bed, tears began to flow uncontrollably down her cheeks. Brian, who was responsible for the pregnancy, was nowhere to be found. Gabrielle quickly grabbed her handkerchief and wiped her eyes when the handle of her bedroom door whined slowly.
