Horrendous
It was silent for what left like an eternity, Gray and I stood outside the door just staring at the women inside the door, who was also just looking back at us. No one dared to make the first move, I run my thumb over Gray's knuckles to show him I'm here but also in hopes to snap him out of it. It works and he begins to lead me into the room, the guard bows their head at us before leaving the room closing the door behind them. The stand off only continued, no one dared to move or even talk for a few seconds. Thankfully, Gray's mum spoke up.
"My baby look at you, you won't believe how much I've missed you" she says tears welling up in her eyes as she spoke, she then turns her attention to me stood beside Gray "you must be his mate, oh my you're so beautiful" she smiles at me, I send her a smile back at her kindness.

I lay in the cold freezing night for hours, the only sound I heard was the crashing of the water on the side of the dock. I open my eyes to discover I'm laying in bed, my hands stung as I look down to see them wrapped up in bandages. Beside me was Gray sleeping peacefully with his arm wrapped around my stomach, he didn't leave me like he promised he wouldn't.
