Epilogue

Regor’s POV

It was a bright Sunday morning. I was impatient as I stood at the foot of the altar, right smack in the middle. Dion was standing beside me.

We were watching as the rest of the entourage started parading on the center aisle.

I could not wait to be married again. Yes, today, I am renewing my vows to my Katarina in a church, in front of a thousand guests. This is our third renewal, but who’s counting? I wanted her to know with the whole world as our witnesses how much I treasured her.

She may have come later in my life, but she was the one who changed the game for me.

Then it was Daphne’s turn to walk.

She was her mother’s bridesmaid.

She was all smiles when she reached me. She gave me a quick kiss on the cheek and a warm hug.

I returned her embrace and swayed her from side to side. When I released her she gave me a warm smile that reminded me so much of her mother.
