After months of careful planning and excruciating amounts of training the dreaded day finally came, the day we head off to the retreat. My stomach is in knots, Kai wanted to come along with us but I told him to use the opportunity to fill in for his dad as practice and Karmelo would guide him and he agreed, I thought it only fair for Sam to fill in as well which gives Justin more time to be with his family and just give pointers here and there until we return.
