SHARON / VERA POV

He nods slightly at me and continues down the street. He just dismissed me like I was no one, that I haven’t been giving him all of me for the last hundred years or so. I can’t stop myself as my vampire Vera takes over, wanting some skin contact with Phoenix. She doesn’t block me out though, so we can enjoy this together; we move quickly up to the next alley and as he walks past; we pull him in and push him up against the wall, kissing him like it is our last day on this earth. I smirk as his arms wrap around me and he tightens them, pulling me closer as he deepens the kiss. I keep the kiss hard and dominant, like I know he likes, as I move one of my hands down his chest to his pants.

The less he thinks, the better for me. I wasn’t planning this but I need it and by the feels of it so does he, as I grew up I learned never to worry about wearing any underwear as they would just end
