Tatum-
Just when I thought I would have a great day, being with Brook, everything went to shit. My parents and the elders were due to arrive any minute and Brook couldn’t stop fidgeting. Honestly, I didn’t even care if they stripped me of my Alpha status any longer.
Regardless of what was to happen, I now had Brook by my side and nothing else was that important. We could always find a new pack or even just go about our lives without pack life. If she was forced to leave, I would gladly follow.
“Do you think they will force me out of the pack?” Brook whispered as we sat in my office waiting for word that my parents have arrived.
“I don’t think they will, but either way I will stick beside you. We will be okay.” I told her, moving to kneel in front of the chair she sat in.
