Isabella frowned but waited for her mother to finish her words. Why is her mother trying to cause a rift between her and Derick?
Why is she sowing a seed of discord in her heart against a man that relates with them with a pure heart.
She is purely showing her detest for him. From her words and how she thinks she is counseling her, she is only showing her hatred and dislike for her mate.
Derick is her life. She will not let anyone make her feel unsafe being with him, even if that person happens to be her mother. She would fight to be with him and love him to the end.
