It wasn’t until the incoming headlights hit my eyes did I finally look up from the phone I have been engrossed in for the past one hour or more. I can’t say how long I have been sitting here so a guess was the only thing I could take.

It seemed rather strange that I was sitting on the stairway outside, right under the fading shades of the evening — something I have never done since I arrived here.
