“Hmph,” I whimper, not just once, but three times. Right now, I couldn’t feel myself. I was sore all over with no idea how I came to be in this state. I can’t even say I was in my right senses as everything about my being was inexplicable. Or could I be dreaming?
It took me a while to realize I was nothing close to being in the dreamland. My eyes were drooping as I try to force them open. It was becoming quite difficult a task that at one point I had to give up and let myself recuperate. Maybe by then, I would get a hang of my system.
A few minutes later and I open my eyes wide to the fading day. The sky was grey and I could tell that in no time, the night would befall me.
