29: Hard mornings

 I sit down with a cup of coffee at the dining table. It was my brilliant idea, so Martin and Andreas had agreed that it was also me who had to take the night watch.

 The beast out in the shed has finally stopped banging on the walls and keeps quiet. Its heartbeat has lowered slightly. It is not happy to be locked inside, but at least it is alive. I will not go out there yet and risk launching a new tantrum. Our farm here is quite remote, but to me the noise of the werewolf sounded so loud that I am unsure if ordinary people would be able to hear it if they drove past down by the main road.
