Chapter 116|| Wedding (I)
~Zara Todd’s POV~
I don’t know what did he do that night. He didn’t come back home and when I asked about that night, he would say just to trust him and nothing more.
Today is his mother’s wedding day. His mother might be happy or maybe she might not be but I am sure XAVIER isn’t happy right now. He must be going through so much of things right now.
I walk to his room and knock his door. His room is locked from inside and he doesn’t open the door. At first, I get panicked because I thought that he might be having hard times right now but he opens after few knocks.
He is standing behind that door with his nude upper torso, his whole body covered in thick bead of sweats. Seems like he has been doing some heavy exercises right now.
“Can I come in?” I ask.
He smiles lopsidedly as I ask him and opens the door even wider as he tilts his head gently.
