My heart pounded crazy. I feel like it will jump out of my chest if I didn’t hide now. Ronald is walking on the hallway and before he could notice me, I immediately hide myself through the corner and make sure he won’t see me. Meeting him right now is the least thing I want to do.

I can feel Carlos’ men following me. I am not dumb. My sense of smell may not be good as Rael and Fin, but their stinks can reach my nose.

I sighed heavily when he already passed by the hallway without seeing me. I immediately go out of the hospital and decided to woo them. When I succeeded, I immediately made out my way to Alqamar. I took 10 minutes to find him and finally I saw him in his house, his house outside the forest.

He opened the door after I knocked his door.

“Cristine?” he asked after he saw me in front of his door. I quickly pushed the door and made my way inside.
