Chapter 48

The sound of grass swaying in the wind rang through the silent open-field in the middle of an isolated place. Aesthelia can't help but let her eyes roam through the forest that is located on the side. It is a forest that becomes a barrier; those tall trees hide the pack's borderline.

After a few seconds of staring, Aesthelia raised her hands to guide the horse where she wanted to go.

Aesthelia has been travelling with a horse since she refused to transform into her wolf. Well, it is a good thing she learned horseback riding when she was young. It's become useful now because Aesthelia didn't know if humans here were open beings with beasts or not. It might cause a ruckus and disturbance. 

That very thought was vague. There was an agreement, but Aesthelia thinks humans think worsely of wolves, just like Rasc's servants, even though they made an exception for Aesthelia. It can't be helped.
