57. The Tombstones

The long awaited day had finally came. Felen's fingers squeezed together nervously. She had a mixed feelings as she took a deep breath to calm her heartbeat and nervousness.

"Are you ready?" Leon had stayed beside Felen, waiting for her to get ready.

They were in the Forest of Wonders, right in front of The World Tree which was one of the entrances to the human world. Leon actually suggested Felen to just use his teleportation instead of going through The World Three. However, at the request of hid bride who wanted to go to the labyrinth first, they ended up passing through The World Tree.

"Let's go." She grabbed her hand that was stretching towards her.

Then, they passed through a black portal that appeared in the center of The World Tree. The portal looked awful, but once she entered it, there was nothing different or special about the place other than the predominant black color.
