For a long time, he kept watching at their retreating figures as even when they were considerably away from him, he could hear their voices perfectly well owing to his magic.

She giggled and the sound of her laughter rang in his ears and it went straight to his heart. It made him feel warm and soft inside. It was music to his ears and he wasn’t sure if he had heard such a melody before.
