Saying that he turned to leave and began walking but she abruptly spoke, “No…wait.”
Hearing her, he stopped in his tracks and turned around to face her. She looked adorable in her shorts and t-shirt while her blue eyes twinkled in the morning light.
Looking at her expectantly, he said nothing and she fumbled, “Err…I mean, at least, have breakfast. Then we will go to the headquarters together.”
