Chapter 4

Prince Wang Lei took Chenyin to the Palace with him. He took her in a room and said to stay there. Chenyin was relieved that she was safe. Placing her bag on the table, she went to the bathroom to take a shower. After shower she came to the room saw the prince was sitting in her bed. He was flipping the pages of a book. Chenyin thought that the book in his hand was the secret book. She scared. But it was actually a story book that Chenyin bring with her.

"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to do anything. I was just looking." He shocked to see Chenyin. 

"No it's OK. It's just a story book I brought with me." She relieved to see that it wasn't the secret book. She promised to her master that she will protect the book, she won't let anyone to destroy it or steal it.

"You like story books?" He asked with a little smile in his lips. 

"Why? Is it just for kids?" She said Frowned. 

"I didn't mean that. I was just asking." He said. 

"Yes I like to read story books. Especially this book. It is a story about a warrior who lost his master. His senior killed his master to take his master's secret diary. Now the warrior run away with the book to save. This story is just like my story. That's why I like this book." She replied with her head down. The story book was in her hands and her eyes were staring at the book. Her tears fall down on the book. 

" Hey don't cry. You will get revenge." He said to remove her pain. 

" I can't. I can't kill sister Chenguang. She saved me once. But I can get revenge on that Zhang Wei. He always bullied me and at last killed my master. I will never forgive him." She said with great anger. Her eyes were burning with fire. They became red. 

Suddenly, Li Jie entered the room and said," Your Highness, King wants to meet with your guest."

"OK, you can go Li Jie." Li Jie left the room. 

"Chenyin listen, don't tell my father that you are the student of Master Gao Qiang." He warned Chenyin. 

"Why?" She asked. 

"Just do as I said." They went to the king's chamber. The king was looking at some documents. When the prince and Chenyin entered the room, he looked at them. 

"Oh, my dear child! I heard that you brought a guest with you?" 

"Yes father. She is Chenyin. She is new in this city. She doesn't know anything about this city and she has nowhere to stay. So I brought her with me." Prince Wang Lei replied to his father. 

"You did good my child. OK now go outside. I want to talk to your guest in private." The King ordered to his son. 

"But father - - -" 

"I said you to go outside dear son." Looking at Chenyin the prince walked out. 

"Now young lady,why did you come to Beijing?" The king asked to Chenyin. He always has a doubt on everyone. 

"Your Majesty, I lost my parents and nowhere to go. So I came to Beijing. I thought I can get a job here." She answered her head down. 

The King stand up from his chair and walked closer to Chenyin, "look at me young lady. I don't know who are you and why did you come here. But I hope you won't make any trouble. I hope what you said is true. Otherwise, you will get in trouble." 

"What I said is true." Actually one of the things she said was true. She lost her parents. Her parent was her master.

"OK then fine. You can go now." Chenyin left the King's chamber. Prince Wang Lei was waiting for her outside of the room. 

"Everything is OK?" He asked. 

"Yes." 

"What a relief! I wish you won't get in any trouble." He said. 

"Why are you thinking about me so much?" Chenyin asked. 

"Don't think it like that. You are master Qiang's student. It's my duty to protect you." He replied. 

"Your duty!?" She said. 

"Yes my duty. Actually I was master's student too. But my father is a very greedy person. He wanted to steal master's secret book. That's why one day master disappeared from the Palace and never came back. I am glad to meet with master's student." He said. 

The prince was master's student? Chenyin asked to herself. She shocked to hear it. She never expected that he would be master Qiang's student. But she was happy to meet master's another student. But she was scared of the king. If the king know that she is master Qiang's student, then he will try to get the book. In the inside of the Palace the king was her fear and at the outside Chenguang and Zhang Wei was her fear. What will she do?
