Chapter 17: Worry

Wexford Greige POV

Kasalukuyan ko siyang hinihintay sa aking opisina nang mahigit bente minutos na. Hindi pa rin dumarating si Athena. Inaasahan ko siyang pupunta siya rito para sabay na kami kumain ng lunch.

Naghintay pa muli ako sa kanya baka busy lang talaga siya ngayon. It's five minutes have passed she still not coming. I tried to calm myself instead of worrying. Hindi na ako nakapaghintay at tinawagan ko na siya.

She is not answering my call so I started to worry about her. I tried twice but she's not responding. A few seconds, it pop my mind about Athena's secretary, Terylene. I called her number registered to my phone until it rang and finally answered.

"Hi, Terylene." As I said. "Where is Athena? I called her but she didn't respond. It's a few seconds before Terylene have spoken.

She cleared her voice, "Ahm, Ma'am Athena is....." 

I heard her stuttering so it made me worry. "Terylene, what happened?"
