Chapter 20: Missing Her

Wexford Greige's POV

Kasalukuyang nagmamaneho ako papunta sa bahay nila Athena. Di mawala ang ngiti ko sa labi habang inaalala ang mga araw naming nagdaan. A few minutes, I finally arrived to their home. I brought the beef stake, our favorite dish. As I entering inside, Terylene startled when he saw me.

"Sir Greige! You are here." She tried to fake her smile that seems there's something wrong. She leaned on my food I carried.

"Where is she?" I asked but she still bitting her lip that make me frowned.

She roaming her eyes around and trying to think something that she will say to me.

"Ma'am Athena is not here, Sir." My smile faded.

"Saan siya nagpunta?" I asked her in curious but in a calm tone.

"Mrs. Muestra, her mother told me earlier that Ma'am Athena was in Korea." I stunned.

Hindi makagalaw sa aking kinatatayuan. May bahid ng lungkot at pagkadismaya ang aking nararamdaman. Napapikit ako ng mga mata at pagkatapo
