After what she did to Meryl, Tere wasn’t allowed anywhere near the royalty. Angus was taken out of the prison and when she came to know she had rushed to meet him, but Tere wasn’t allowed to enter the palace by the guards. Even her father’s influence couldn’t get her there. Later, she came to know that Dirk was informed that his daughter was banned from entering or meeting Angus or for that matter any other royalty.

Tere was shocked. Her bitterness rose to the next level against Meryl and now she needed solid revenge. That is why when Dirk was invited to the ball, she made a plan in which she was going to use the same tactic she used last time.
