Kiara:

I woke up with a headache that could match a migraine.

I massaged my temple and sat up to check my phone, my eyes widened when I saw that it was a while past noon. I forced myself out of the bed and walked out of the bedroom to find the suite oddly quiet. I frowned in confusion when I saw Alessio sitting on the couch, his arm spread on the couch’s backrest, a drink in his hand.

“Alessio?” I asked frowning in confusion. He didn’t even turn to face me as he hummed in response “is everything alright?”

“Yes, why?” Alessio asked. His voice cold and void of emotion, it reminded me of when I first came to the house and he was doing his best to annoy his father.
