Alessio:
It was hours before we heard the baby’s cry. We have been standing in front of the door waiting for the baby’s voice before we walked out. Natasha had stopped yelling eventually. But we were yet to hear anything else.
Our eyes widened and Ivan rushed inside the bathroom, all of us following behind to find Kiara’s shirt filled with blood as she handed Natasha her baby. Both women smiled at one another before Kiara squeezed Natasha’s shoulder.
Ivan walked toward Natasha who smiled at him. He kissed her forehead before he looked at his newborn child. A smile growing on his face as he caught sight of the little creature. I couldn’t help but smile at the sight. Kiara’s smile soon faded when she looked at me and she lowered her gaze to the ground as she attempted to walk toward the door.

She was right, I had kept my phone on loud in case anyone called for any issues, thankfully no one did. But we still needed to go and see how things were going, how Natasha and her baby were, and what the next procedures would go.
