CHAPTER THREE

Primotivo's POV

"Two cappuccino, please." I ordered. I'm here now at the D****e cafe which is also located right inside South Ridge Village, where I also live.

"This is for take out, Sir?" I just nodded in response. And sit for a while on the nearby couch to wait for my order.

My attention was drawn to a shelf here in the Cafe with piles of magazines where the cover was her, Avianna Alejandro. I don’t know but I stood up and took a copy of each different issue of such magazines to make sure I would get an idea about the woman that I can’t even stop myself from thinking, I paid for it and went back to my seat. I suddenly remembered what happened last night, fvck! She's good, damn it. I can still feel her soft lips on mine. And I want to taste it again ... I want to claim her again.

So when I got my ordered coffee, I immediately left the cafe and got in my car, back to my house.

And that's how I regret it that I didn’t even wait for her to wake up before leaving the house, when I find out that she is no longer in my bed, where I left her earlier. Fuck! I shouldn't have left for a jog and bought coffee for the two of us.

I roamed my eyes around the room, and there I saw it, a red stain on my bed, and a piece of cloth tucked into a pillow, I picked it up. And I can't stop myself from smiling, while holding this piece of cloth, "So, she left without wearing a bra? My goodness. What a lady.”

I just sat on the couch and leaned back, and I don't know why my smile didn't go away, damn! I never thought that someone like her, someone like Avianna Alejandro, an actress, was an innocent woman - a virgin. And I don’t know why I feel this way now, it’s just my heart is filled with so much happiness by that thought. I'm glad that I'm the only one who got to claim her, I am her first and I will do everything to have her again, exclusively just for me.

I caught sight of a small camera placed on the table at the corner of the room, so I stood up to pick it up.

And that’s when I just remembered the conversation Gonzalo and I had last night, fuck! I almost forgot, I immediately opened the camera and I saw the only content video in it, so I played it.

It's our sex video last night.

One month later...

Avianna's POV

"Yes, darling... another pose. That's good, perfect!" And my all day photoshoot is over as well. It was tiring, and drowsy so instead of changing my clothes first, I sat on the couch and lay there, without thinking that everyone in the studio was looking at me. But I don’t care, I just want to sleep.

My eyes were closing when I felt a tap on my shoulder by someone but I didn’t bother to look at him or her, whatever. I just want to sleep but then, it pokes me again.

"Hmm? I am really sleepy. Let me sleep, please." And I was really close when I heard my mother's shrill voice.

"Stand there, Avi! Change your clothes and go home to your condo! That's what partying at the Starry hub does to you. Tsk!"

I ignored her, and was really going to sleep but she spoke again.

"Avi--" So I stood up and looked at her irritably.

"Yeah, I get it. And please cancel my appointments for tomorrow, Ma..." I just said and I am about to turn my back to her when she says something again.

"And why? Your contract signing for the new television series is scheduled tomorrow."

"I am not feeling well, Ma. So please, reschedule it," I replied, but knowing her? Tss.

"No way! This is a big project for you, Avi. And we need assurance that you will get it." She explained but my decision to have a check up tomorrow is already decided by me because I have been like this for a few days already, always sleepy, tired, and vomiting every morning. So maybe I have a serious illness and I need to know it soon to be treated immediately. Even though I didn't want how my life rules sometimes yet it never crossed my mind to commit suicide.

"If they really want me to play the role, then they'll follow what I want, okay. And I want to reschedule it and you should reschedule it, Mom!" I responded emphatically to her and quickly turned my back on her so that she can't say any words against me.

"How high does she really think of herself? She thinks that she's a good actress, well actually she's not. If not for Ms. Avalon, her mother, I'm sure she will not reach this point in her successful career." I heard someone just say something about me when I passed by them. So I looked at her from head to toe and raised an eyebrow at the same time rolled my eyes. And headed straight out of the studio, I will just change in my condo. I just can't stay here with those disgusting people around me.

I just wore a simple white t-shirt, hoodie, jeans, sunglasses and converse today. Because I'm going to my doctor friend's clinic for my check up. Fortunately, I went here early because there weren't too many patients. I also avoided being issued that Avi went to a clinic, what could have happened to her… is she sick, blah blah blah. It is so tiring to explain this and that to them, especially if they have already judged you before they question you fully about what really happened in your life. You know, media people, tsk!

I knocked on the front door and the door opened for me.

"Hey, Avi! Long time no see friend! How are you?" Opening greetings to me by Dra. Hope Javier, my doctor friend that I met at the University when I tried to enroll in college, but then I failed to do it because my control freak mother blocked it.

"Here, I'm still annoyed with my mother,” I simply replied and sat down in the seat in front of her.

"What? You're really a good actress, Avi. I always watch you on TV and read articles about you on social media platforms. No one or nothing can really stop you now from rising, friend!" I just smiled and stared at her, she knew that I didn't want to talk about my career, especially since I came here with a different agenda.

"Fine, It's really hard when you have a famous actress friend. Kidding aside, what's up?" She asked.

"I feel that I am seriously ill, Hope." She frowned from what I just said. That's why she immediately checked my heartbeat with a pulse. And it made her frown even more.

"Apparently, I think it’s even worse than a serious illness, Avi. You stupid, gal!" She said while tapping my shoulder. Damn this girl, she must be thankful because she's my friend that's why I am letting her treat me like that.

She stood up and took something from her drawer. And she handed it to me, I frowned at what she just gave me.

"What am I going to do about this?" I asked unknowingly, well she just gave me three pregnancy test kits.

"My goodness, Avi! Maybe you want to eat that? Because I'm really going to feed it to you, you idiot! Do you have a boyfriend now?" She said irritably but also sounded concerned about me and my situation. But then realization just hits me hard. . . that made me stiff for a while.

Oh my god. It can't be.

"Seriously? Hope... this can't be, no." 

I don't know but I just tweaked my hair and bowed down in shame because I am not ready for this kind of responsibility.

"I'm not yet sure, Avi. That's why you're going to take that PT. This is all I can do for you  in the meantime, so we can find out if you're really pregnant or not. Because I'm not an OBgyne, Avi," She said, so my attention was drawn to the pregnancy test kit that she just handed me.

"What if it's positive? Hope, I am afraid. My mother will surely kill me, if ever it turns out to be, Gosh!" I skeptically responded to her.

"Stop it, okay? We will solve that problem later when it is really positive. Anyway, if you already have plans of sleeping with some man then why didn't you even take any precautions of your actions, Avi. You know you have a career to take care of. And as I remember it, you really don't want to be like your mother, then-"

I took the kits I handed back to her a while ago.

"Yeah right, I am going to do it, okay. You already say a lot. Tss," I said irritably and entered the Comfort Room that was there.

 I just sat on the toilet bowl and stared at the three pregnancy test kits lying on the floor. I just wiped my face because of the results it's showing me.

How is this possible? What will I do now? You're so stupid, Avi. You are so careless to make yourself pregnant by someone you didn't even know! Oh see, there it is! The positive result of your impulsive actions!

You even said to yourself that it's just okay, you're okay even if the world collapses as long as that handsome beast of a man can enter your narrow cave, you are really stupid and careless, Avi!

That's it, your world is sure to collapse because of the result of your flirtation!

I was startled when there was a knock on the door outside of the Comfort Room where I was.

"Avi, what's up? What is the result? Am I going to be a godmother, friend?” I just stared at the door, and thought of a way to resolve this thing.

But, am I doing this right?

I picked up the pregnancy test kits that were on the floor and went out of the CR. And Hope's smiling face appeared to me when I opened the door but I just seriously looked at her.

"So... it's positive?"

Only my tears were my response to her simple question and I showed her the kits that I am holding with two red lines on it.
