CHAPTER TWELVE

Avianna's POV

"Avi, let's go!" Primo shouted at me. I just looked at him and stared, he was already dressed, just a simple black suit yet so stunning on him. But I didn't feel like getting up as I lay on our bed. I feel so lazy and sleepy.

"Go, just go Prim. I don't want to go. And besides, no one knows about my existence here in South Ridge, oh! Except with the one person I just met," I said as Primo looked at me, as he adjusted the necktie he was wearing.

"And who's that one person you are talking about?" he asked while frowning at me, which I just shrugged in response.

"Nah. Just a friend." I just simply answered.

"Just a friend? Also from South Ridge?" he asked again as I looked at his direction, and that's when I noticed the frown on his forehead while also looking at me.

"Hmm..." I simply responded, I'm really too lazy to move today. So I don’t even pay attention to the new reactions he is showing me.

"A girl?" he asked again and this time, I sat up in bed, and looked at him.

"D
