Chapter 76 (Part II)

I'm glad to see Eve smiling now and playing with her father. Only their laughter filled the garden. They must have been playing for almost two hours.

I was able to cook and everything, but they are still playing. So did Hiro. Sometimes, I see him emotional while looking at his daughter laughing.

"Mama! Papa is funny," my daughter shouted with a smile as she ran away from Hiro. The smile on my lips disappeared in shock.

I also saw Hiro stop running when he heard what Eve said to him. My eyes widened as I looked at the two of them. I do not know what to do. As things happened so fast, all I could do was watch him.

He was stunned for a moment and turned to me in disbelief. "Dad?" I immediately called Eve. He immediately came to me. "Come in first, love." She slowly nodded and went inside. When I looked at Hiro, there was something on his face that seemed to be struggling. I looked away. "She called m-me papa?"

"H-Hiro-"

"I-I'm s-sorry," I was surprised by what he said. What does he mean?
