Chapter 37 : Is he alright?

"Where have you been?" Ivanna clamours, rushing out of the balcony, her eyes blazing at me.

It seems like she has been looking for me for a while now. I pass her a half smile as she gets closer and hugs me as tightly as possible. I hug her back, digging my face into her neck, inhaling her comforting scent. I still can't function in my brain after what Thea said about her.

Every single person who knows Ivanna never uttered a single bad word about her. People love her, admire her and definitely cherish her. She has always been so loving to everyone that I doubt if she ever did something to freak out anyone.

In fact, after everything Thea did to her, she never uttered a single bad word about her. Then why? And from where did Thea get so much frustration regarding her?

I just want to create a better place for Ivanna. And if Thea keeps bothering her, I don't know how I'm gonna tackle it along with my profession.
