How many times was he going to fall for her lies before he accepted that was exactly who she was, a deceiver? Logan felt like an idiot.

He could not believe that this happened a few hours after he told her that he loved her, and she did not waste another second before betraying him. But did that mean he hated her? No. And that alone made him even more furious.

What was she planning? She sounded like she was ready to dive into the lion's den headfirst. He was mad at her, but a huge part of him wondered if she was in danger. He needed to get out of here, but how?

He scanned around the room, he was stuck inside a deep pool, his hands tied behind his back on the unmoving chair that had been drilled into the pool floor.

The place looked familiar as he had been here before all those years ago, except, it had been lively then. It was not a creepy basement then, it was paradise, a place where him and Jorge could get lost in the moment whenever he came around.
