THIRTY TWO
After a very annoying incident this morning, I started to go about my daily routine with more enthusiasm and joy. I put Kane and Vella out of my mind and filled them with all kinds of work to do today. But actually I feel weird with myself right now, because I think I'm too cheerful and excessive when greeting all the residents of the hospital I met today. Whenever my brain would remember them, I would immediately distract it by meeting the gossiping nurses at the nurse station, or occupying myself with attending to patients who wanted to consult with me. Today I opened a practice with an unlimited time. If they wish to consult with me for an hour or twenty-four hours non-stop, I will gladly serve them. The light in the living room lit up brightly when my feet stepped into the main room. The next day everything went normally. I seem to have forgotten what happened yesterday and decided to forget everything. I don't want to be stressed about a problem I can't fix at all. I'll just waste energy if I keep thinking about that problem in my head, while Kane and Vella don't even think about it at all. Today I start my day by cleaning the house and cooking. Nothing is different after our fight last night. I'm not too bothered by yesterday's problem either. I don't care about all the lies that Kane has made or his complicated past. The most important thing now is that he lives with me and loves me with all his heart. I honestly felt really touched by his courage to try to be honest with me. Yesterday he was really really awesome. Well, even though I was disappointed in him. But never mind, why get angry and keep fighting. It won't solve any problem. At ten o'clock the three of us arrived in front of Hanah's school which looked very crowded by students and parents. They all looked happy with their children and hand in hand entered the wide school grounds. The children came with a variety of very cute costumes. Some wore duck costumes, some wore clown costumes, all of them seemed enthusiastic to welcome today's dance festival.Max then guided me and Kane to follow him into Hanah's class. "Kane, I'm going backstage to see Hanah."I immediately left after getting a nod from Kane. During the dance performance, Max and I were very excited to cheer, supporting Hanah who was dancing on stage beautifully. As for my rigid husband, he repeatedly yawned bored while fiddling with his smartphone lazily. Several times the corner of my eye glanced at his phone, he was observing his company chart which was constantly crawling up.
