Half an hour later, Scarlett's car pulled up in front of the Cloudhill Hotel.

In no time, Derek Bever, the hotel manager's assistant, who had been waiting for her at the front door, walked up and greeted, "Ms. Reed!"

Scarlett smiled, "How's it going? They got into a fight inside?"

Derek was fascinated by Scarlett's smile. He had just graduated not long ago. He blushed. "No, they didn't get into a fight. Our manager has been waiting for you."

Scarlett looked at him with light smiles in her eyes, "Where are they now?"

"They're in the manager's office."

"OK." Scarlett responded. Then she got into the elevator.

"I've called the police. The police are coming later! You have someone bring them to the reception room."

Scarlett had a nonchalant look on her face. She sounded like she'd called a friend over for dinner.

Derek froze for a moment. After a few seconds, he came to himself. "Okay, Ms. Reed... I'll have someone notify the front desk.
