The dietitian was concerned that Alexis' fetus would grow too big for her to deliver and that Alexis would gain too much weight and have a difficult time recovering from the birth, so during Alexis' second trimester, the dietitian kept strict control on Alexis' diet.

However, in the middle of Alexis pregnancy, her appetite increased greatly. And in the second trimester, she wanted to have strong-flavored foods. But in the last few months of her pregnancy, she had only a few meals of that. Most of the time, she ate light nutritious meals, which was why she craved those heavily-seasoned food so much.

Alexis thought she could have some raw fish salad after she gave birth, but the nurses and dietitian said she needed to eat lighter food and that she was not ready to eat raw fish.
