Briella crumpled the three mid threat note she found on her windshield that morning, after she had taken a shot of them.

Why were they hell bent on ruining what she had built?

She had never done any wrong to anyone so why did they want to harm her?

“ What do they want from us and who the hell left this here?” Padma asked her friend. Both of them were traveling to LA for a business meeting.

“ Honestly Padma, I don’t know who did and what they want from me.” she said dragging her luggage behind her. She didn’t want to talk about it but deep down, she was bothered.

“ No, you listen to me Kendrick. It’s time to come home. I don’t give a hoot if your assigned guards to her. She’s your wife and needs your support. Heck! She’s even done better with your business than hers. She sacrifices more for you than herself. How heartless could you be?” Syd scolded.
