Chapter Fifty-Nine

I woke in the morning feeling warm and secure, two sets of arms wrapped snugly around me with Kane’s face in my neck and Magnus’s in my hair. That couldn’t be comfortable. I sighed in contentment and basked in the feel of being wrapped up in my mates before slowly and carefully sneaking out of the bed.

I made my way into the bathroom and did my business before washing my hands and glancing in the mirror. The moment I did a gasp left my lips as I noticed something different about the marks on my neck. The claiming bit had been red and was healing as a cut would, but now it was a mark on my skin, almost like a tattoo. It was dark and flat, the skin smooth and unmarred and it was in the shape of teeth marks. Like a brand of his canines on my skin.

Kane’s mark was also healed and like a tattoo. The difference was that it looked like the moon with his canines around it. It reminded me ok Skoll and Hati, the wolves that would devour the moon and sun in Ragnarok. Hati would devour the moo
