Chapter 52

Osiris’ pov

We had ran through the rogue territory, splitting the area into sections. I went furthest back, because I was one of the fastest. I am coming for you Lily, I thought to myself.

“I won’t let you down Osiris,” Santos said.

“I know my friend,” I replied as we kept running through the woods.

I had Jara with me and a few other soldiers.

I ran ahead, while Jara tried to reign me back, “we have to stick together, just in case people try to attack.”

But I didn’t listen and ran following my nose in search of Lily’s scent. I knew that scent like no other, I loved that scent and I was sure it would lead me to her. The further I got the more I smelled it, cinnamon and apple.
