I loved Ela’s enthusiasm, but I was in no hurry to open any business. I never thought I would be able to go to school, to live with my boyfriend and to have a normal life. I sometimes still felt like I didn’t deserve it, but Samantha was always there to tell me otherwise.

“Hell yeah, I am. You deserve every good thing you’re getting and more, Cherry.”

I pinched myself often, never in my wildest dreams would I have this life. My dad made me think I would die young and Beta Tyrion made me think I would only experience pain in this lifetime. But waking up next to Troy was the best feeling ever. I have never felt so loved before.
