CHAPTER 19

Zeev nonchalantly dropped the topic about Zane’s necklace to not draw any suspicions from the human omega. As the warm breeze subtly felt quite heavy by the time, the sun is now halfway set behind the lines of the mountain. It’s time for them to go home.

“I think these should be enough.” Zeev almost grunted while putting his free hand on his waist, acting a little tired but only because he doesn’t want to breathe in the scent of wolfsbane no longer.

Zane checked his own pouch that is also now full. “Yeah, I’m done with my fill, too.”

After securing their supplies, the two hopped on their motorbike and hit the road again. The air is heavy, but the temperature starts dropping along with the sunset, though it is still a bit warm. It was refreshing for Zane who only had gone around the town and the forest. Nature surely has its way to calm you down.
